The bounce house stays inflated with a fully enclosed blower motor unit and MUST STAY ON the entire time the bounce house is in use. The blower unit must be located within 50 feet of an electrical outlet unless a generator is being used.

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all rentals. All we need to know is the date, time, and location of your event as well as the items you wish to rent. We collect the remaining payment 24 Hours prior to the event.
YES! All of our rentals are custom quoted based on your address and it’s distance from the warehouse. We have FREE local delivery options.
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Unlike other companies, our rental equipment is for ALL DAY and not for 1-4 hours so YOU can enjoy more! Our drop-off time will be coordinated with you, we will pick-up the following morning.
We do not accept cancellations. Instead, your deposit will be held for a future event rental within 1 year of the original reservation date.
In the event of rain, we ask that you power the inflatable ON. By blowing it up, you keep the rain from flooding the inside of the unit.
If rain is expected overnight, DO NOT blow the unit up all night long unattended. Instead, you can pull the blower off and store it in the garage, we will deal with the flooded unit when we pick it up.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
