You will need a minimum of a 5 ft. perimeter surrounding the bounce area and it MUST be level and clear of rocks, sticks, roots and any other obstructions. So, for example, a 15’X15′ bounce house would need at least a 20’X 20′ area.

The bounce house stays inflated with a fully enclosed blower motor unit and MUST STAY ON the entire time the bounce house is in use. The blower unit must be located within 50 feet of an electrical outlet unless a generator is being used.

We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Unlike other companies, our rental equipment is for ALL DAY and not for 1-4 hours so YOU can enjoy more! Our drop-off time will be coordinated with you, we will pick-up the following morning.

We do not accept cancellations. Instead, your deposit will be held for a future event rental within 1 year of the original reservation date.

In the event of rain, we ask that you power the inflatable ON. By blowing it up, you keep the rain from flooding the inside of the unit.

If rain is expected overnight, DO NOT blow the unit up all night long unattended. Instead, you can pull the blower off and store it in the garage, we will deal with the flooded unit when we pick it up.
